Zoom Events is an all-in-one virtual and hybrid event platform, built on top of the award winning Zoom video platform. We are looking for a Sr or Lead Product Manager with extensive experience in virtual, in-person and/or hybrid events across the event life-cycle, to drive the strategy and execution for Zoom Events, with a focus on event organizer experience and/or event sponsor experience initially. In this role, you will design end-to-end event organizer and/or sponsor experience and strategy and coach less senior product managers.You have a deep understanding of event live-cycles from planning, set-up, registration, marketing and communications to administrative controls and user access controls. You are imaginative and technical to design innovative and creative hybrid event solutions. You thrive to simplify complex solutions with customer empathy and optimize products for ease of use. You have strong execution capability, a track record of identifying and building strong business partnerships and integrations, and delivering impactful business results.Your Role:

• Strategize, define, and execute the Zoom Events roadmap.
• Design event organizer and/or sponsor’s experience initially. May eventually expand to a few areas namely, but not limited to, event planning and setup, event marketing and communications, admin control and user access, and registration.
• Lead ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products within the context of Zoom Events goals, strategy, and roadmap
• Connect regularly with customers, partners and users to understand their goals and needs, translating those into actionable deliverables.
• Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product requirements.
• Drive product development and success by collaborating with partner teams - Engineering, Design, Data Science, Research, Marketing, Legal, Sales managing expectations and executing on clear timelines

Ideal candidates will have:

• 5+ years product management experience in a software technology company
• Experience of designing in-person, virtual or hybrid event products
• Experience building 0-1 business-to-business products across mobile and web surfaces
• Enjoy crafting simple user experiences and working through detailed execution
• Enthusiasm, resilience, and efficient working styles in a fast-paced evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
• Understanding that speed is important but prioritization is equally important - you appreciate delivering impact quickly
