Areas of service would include job development, employer recruitment, employment readiness, stress and anger management, positive communication skills, self-confidence building as well as, life skills and independent living. Provide outreach, follow up support and assistance to clients. Develop and facilitate group programming on topics identified as needed to assist Participant and employers. Develop and Facilitate specific ECEA programming. Conduct outreach and liaison in the community to local childcare centres, Participants and Participant serving agencies. The Y adopts a model of support based on the following frameworks: harm reduction, model of change, determinants of health and developmental assets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
