Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Leader to drive strategy and execution across SEM, Amazon DSP, and tools like Adobe Campaign Manager and Adobe Advertising Cloud. In this role, the ideal candidate will be leading a high-performing team, manage impactful campaigns, and contribute to business growth, leveraging 10+ years of experience in the Canadian market.Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Media Strategyamp; Planningamp; Amazon DSP Expertise
    • Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and Amazon DSP.
    • Manage audience segmentation, advanced targeting, and real-time performance tracking to support business priorities, objectives and goals.
    • Optimize the execution of all media plans through data-driven decisions and media technology to generate the most pipeline from ads budget.
    • Collaborate with Amazon Advertising account teams to adopt the latest platform innovations and tools.
    • Utilize programmatic ad buying to enhance cross-channel effectiveness.
    • Develop and implement data-driven Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to meet business goals, including lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
    • Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across various digital channels - dotcom, social, search, display, CRM.
    1. Performance Analysisamp; Reporting
      • Analyze and monitor campaign performance across channels, categories, and targets, leveraging advanced analytics to provide actionable insights.
      • Develop post-campaign reports showcasing ROI, monitoring quality scores, CTR, conversion rates, and CPA to ensure maximum ROI; they all should land on providing key learnings, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
      • Optimize performance-marketing strategies based on data insights, market trends, and technical implementation to scale and automate digital strategies.
      1. Leadershipamp; Collaboration
        • Work with a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration across creative, account, and analytics departments.
        • Provide mentorship to junior team members and champion a culture of learning and innovation.
        1. Industry Thought Leadership
          • Stay ahead of trends in programmatic media, Amazon marketing, and Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.
          • Represent the company in client meetings, workshops, and industry events, showcasing expertise in digital media.
          Qualifications:
          • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing and expertise in media strategy with proven expertise in Amazon DSP campaigns and client management.
          • Proficiency in Amazon DSP, including advanced targeting, optimization, and reporting, and in additional DSPs like Google DV360 and The Trade Desk.
          • Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaign components for performance improvement.;
          • Experience with Adobe Campaign Manager (cross-channel campaign orchestration) and Adobe Advertising Cloud (programmatic ad buying) preferred.
          • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to both internal teams and clients.
          • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a focus on developing and nurturing talent.
          • Ability to lead the media pitch process and developing compelling, data-driven narratives.
          • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
          • Bachelor #39;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
