Job Description

Our client is looking for a Web Publisher to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, publishing, and maintaining web content across the company #39;s digital platforms - ensuring all assets meet brand, accessibility, and quality standards. You will work closely with internal teams to support digital campaigns, product launches, and ongoing website enhancements.What You #39;ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and publish content within the content management system (CMS), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate the intake, scheduling, and prioritization of web publishing requests from stakeholders, ensuring timely and organized delivery of updates and new content.
  • Review, proofread, and edit content for grammar, spelling, formatting, and SEO best practices before publication.
  • Perform ongoing quality assurance checks, including testing links, validating formatting, and troubleshooting display issues across devices and browsers.
  • Ensure all web content complies with accessibility standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of publishing workflows.
  • Monitor and archive outdated content, ensuring the website remains current and well-organized.
  • Support translation and localization efforts in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, as needed.
  • Operate within established service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure requests are delivered promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in web content publishing or digital content management.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and web publishing standards.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop) is an asset.
