Our Regional Managers play a vital leadership role within both the regional and companywide healthcare teams. They grow our client base and ensure that we surpass the expectations of our customers and third party payers. They develop business, grow revenues and margins, and achieve financial success. They represent Rehab First regionally and nationally. They are known and respected within the health care, legal, insurance, and employer community. The Regional Managers are responsible for all aspects of Rehab First’s healthcare operations within their region, to ensure that they are delivered effectively and efficiently, and that our benchmarks and high standards are surpassed.All members of the clinical teams at Rehab First, including Regional Directors and Regional Managers continue to be directly involved in the assessment, treatment and care of clients, and ensure the best practices are consistently applied.A little about you, if you apply:

  • You are a passionate Occupational Therapist, registered with COTO who can set and realize goals, who celebrates the successes of each individual client and the members of your multidisciplinary team
