Our beliefs Win as one team, be innovative, global excellence and be inspiring!Overview:The Associate Strategic Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing the onboarding and ongoing success of Blackhawk Network partners, require ownership of partner relationships, liaising with our partners and relevant internal stakeholders, as appropriate, to ensure smooth business operations and the growth and profitability of their programs. The candidate for this position has managed the deployment and use of advertising or eCommerce technologies, and possesses project management and relationship building skills. He or she will be expected to partner with the Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with partners that have different needs and audiences. The Associate Strategic Relationship Manager will also support facilitating outcomes for account revenue growth.Blackhawk Network is a fast-paced environment - if youre competitive and want to work with smart, creative, energetic people and possess the initiative, confidence and good judgment to make independent decisions every day - then youre probably a perfect addition to our burgeoning Strategic Relationship team.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for partnering with Strategic Relationship Manager in support of the overall client relationship.
  • Serves as the Subject Matter Expert for Blackhawk online commerce services/platforms (e.g. Nimble, Cashstar), providing day-to-day support to our clients.
  • Play a hands-on role in managing the implementation/onboarding process for new clients, making sure timelines and milestones are adhered to.
  • Serve as the product and best practices expert for your clients and troubleshoot technical issues when necessary.
  • Coordinates with internal cross functional teams in support of Client success.
  • Facilitate business development initiatives by selling existing clients on new products and features.
  • Gather technical requirements for conceptually complex client projects and create and manage detailed project plans, ultimately being responsible for their successful delivery to the client.
  • Develop deep insights about the publisher based on program metrics and analysis across platform components and publisher.
  • Ongoing education and training for partners.
  • Client and company advocacy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree from a top tier college / university
  • 3+ years of account management of technology and marketing services to leading global brands
  • Ability to grasp complex product concepts and determine platform solutions that resolve client problems
  • Comfort with analytics
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and easily adapt to change
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment, working independently as needed
  • Willing to roll up their sleeves, learn quickly, and get the job done.
  • Strong relationship building and influence management skills
  • Liaison with multiple departments including engineering, sales, marketing and finance
  • Energy and creativity
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational follow through
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred, but not required
