Job Description

Want to make a difference in your career Consider this opportunity.The Integration Specialist is primarily responsible for assisting the Manager and/or Team Leader in delivering on program/operational mandates within a specific area of expertise by executing key activities and developing the required deliverables. As part of this role, the Specialist develops the required processes, tools, and technology to implement key activities and deliver on program plans. The Specialist is focused on programs/operational areas that are singular or specific (i.e., related to only one area of expertise). Key areas of responsibility include: Program/Operational support, and Stakeholder engagement.Here is what you will be doing:

  • Define the program/operations scope and deliverables in coordination with the Manager, with a focus on providing input on specific area of expertise
  • Define and implement the required frameworks, methodologies and standards within a specific area of expertise
  • Develop the required processes, tools, templates and technology in coordination with the Manager to execute on the program/operational plan
  • Determine program/operational requirements and translates these into solutions that achieve objectives and/or address key issues; implement and monitor/test the recommendations/solutions developed
  • Identify and escalate program/operational risks to the Manager; propose recommendations to address the issues identified
  • Coordinate with the Manager in managing the various program/operational processes and ensure they comply with standards
  • Assess progress on program delivery or operational execution within a specific area of expertise based on the standards and metrics developed
  • Draft and present reports focused on a specific area of expertise as required
  • Maintain documentation as required
  • Develop and deepen relationships with existing internal/external stakeholders
  • Facilitate knowledge exchange activities to promote frameworks or solutions developed
Here is what you will need to be successful:Education and Experience
  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree, major in business administration, health administration, health informatics, information technology, or recognized equivalent
  • 2-4 years of related work experience is required
  • Experience in conducting planning, solution development, and execution of program activities
  • Experience in compiling subject matter information that is both comprehensive and easy to understand
  • Current knowledge of the methodologies, frameworks, and processes within a specific subject matter
