We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive land development experience for our LA or Ontario office.As a Senior Project Manager, youo Represent firm in client meetings, determine Scope of Work, prepare fees, conduct site investigations, establish schedule, prepare and finalize proposalso Achieve success of profit center through management of and participation in team design, production, quality, training and employee performanceo Contribute to region and company decision making and growth planning via regular meetings.o Initiate Full Circle Thinking and provide positive leadership to the region and the company.o Possess a PE license and will manage up to two Project Managers and directly supervise up to four non-supervisory employees.Other responsibilities include:o Assist in business development for prospective clientso Supervise plan preparation, technical reports, cost estimates, and other client deliverableso Track project budgets, provide billing instructions and change order requests, prepare invoices, and negotiate and finalize back chargesYou want to join us becauseo We work hard at creating a healthy work environment that fosters openness, integrity, teamwork, and creativity that can be seen in the daily interactions between our employees and clients.o We believe in life-long learning and provide opportunities for continued growth, development, and recognition.
