With over 70 employees and more hiring to come, Mappedin is well-positioned for growth.Who you are and what you’ll doWe are seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to help build our global network of Technology and Service Partners. Technology Partners are ISV, SaaS and PaaS companies that deliver complete industry solutions leveraging the Mappedin digital indoor experience. Service Partners provide professional services, system integration, and custom development to meet our customers unique application requirements.In this Strategic Partner Manager role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and managing Technology Partners. You will have experience understanding how platforms integrate to form turn-key solutions that we can jointly bring to market. Every stage of the managed partner lifecycle will be owned by you including recruiting, validation, planning and joint selling. Each partner will scale to multiple customers, giving you the opportunity to have a large impact on the overall company growth strategy.Specific requirements and responsibilities:

  • Identify new partners and ensure they commit to the Mappedin Partner Program
  • Create detailed partner plans for each managed partner that include specific deliverables and revenue targets
  • Manage the lead flow with partners to continue building pipeline
  • Manage the joint sales efforts with each partner by engaging both sales teams to win opportunities
  • Identify and deliver new growth initiatives with your managed partners including vertical expansion, new features, and channel growth via Service Partners
  • Contribute to the broader partner strategy for Mappedin
  • Work with cross-functional organizations to achieve partner goals including Sales, Marketing, Integrations and Customer Success
  • Provide ongoing thought leadership internally regarding Technology Partners
