The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, coupled with a deep understanding of data analytics and product management. In this role, you will define the product vision, prioritize features, and oversee the entire product lifecycle. Your role will include:·Working closely with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver innovative features for bot analytics solutions that drive customer success. ·Experience in agile methodologies and a passion for leveraging data to enhance decision-making are essential.What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities):·Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Calabrio’s bot analytics products, aligning with business goals and customer needs.·Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.·Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and UX teams to design and deliver innovative analytics solutions.·Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company #39;s strategic objectives.·Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the analytics space.·Drive the development and refinement of key product features, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and usability.·Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on product progress, timelines, and risks.·Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing customer adoption.·Analyze product performance using key metrics, iterating on the product based on data-driven insights.·Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the analytics product, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations post-launch.Requirements· Bachelor #39;s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.· 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data analytics, software, or technology products.· 2+ years of experience with python, Excel, SQL.· Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.· Proficiency in agile development methodologies and experience managing product lifecycles in fast-paced environments.· Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to inform product strategy and development.· Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with experience working cross-functionally across teams such as engineering, UX, sales, and marketing.BenefitsCalabrio People are: Open, Clear, Ambitious, Accountable, Collaborative, Consistent What we value most…workplace diversity and ensuring an environment of mutual respect.We believe that diversity and inclusion are critical to our success, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
