The Technical Product Manager’s primary responsibility is to translate business needs into functional requirements or design documents which will empower our development team to build world class, scalable software applications and tools.The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple cross-functional internal teams and external clients. He or she will provide unique business oversight and perspective to manage the entire process involved, from concept, planning, design and development through to testing and delivery all while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate is fast-learning, technically savvy, organized, self motivated, and hard workingKey Responsibilities

  • Build & curate technical requirements for software development, translate complex ideas and processes clearly both internally and externally, and help manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders about production. recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions. Actively own and be accountable for the partner relationship.
  • Cultivate and demonstrate an interest and awareness of industry trends and best practices for the development of online applications.
  • Deliver best in class products, finding solutions that do not jeopardize schedule and or budget.
  • Design simple and sensible user experiences with a focus on best practises for B2B web applications.
  • Work in a collaborative manner with other technical product managers, developers and QA staff to ensure the smooth delivery of long term development initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
  • 2+ years experience in a Technical Product Management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to write Business Requirements, Use Cases and User stories.
  • Experience in designing and creating application workflows.
  • The ability to manipulate “big-data” to understand user behavior and design product solutions accordingly
    • SQL / Python etc
  • Experience in designing and creating application wireframes.
  • Deep understanding of standard web technologies.
  • Experience in working closely with business partners and customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • The ability to execute on long term initiatives, while working either independently or as part of a wider team.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent discipline is desired.
Physical Requirements:Office work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse, and telephone. Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Occasionally move about the work site to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or regularly move objects.
