POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for the achievement of annual sales commitments within their assigned territory.LOCATION: Kingston, Belleville and NorthMAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Development of strategic business plan to achieve annual revenue goals for territory.Implement national marketing, trade or banner specific programs to support customer/business needs and territory sales and objectives.Build relationships and rapport with key customers in the territory.Continuously manage and maintain required call cycle and calls required per account and meet reach and frequency targets.Act as an expert resource to customers and uses principles of sales excellence to advance the business.Makes appropriate sales presentations to targeted customers (Internal Medicine, Key GPs, Family Health Team, Diabetes Nurse Educators Pharmacists) within markets that have key business opportunities.Identify and develop key regional opinion leaders in diabetes to use and influence other medical professionals to recommend the diabetes products.Works collaboratively with team members and management to execute business plans, analyze territory trends and continuously identify new business opportunities.QUALIFICATIONS:University Degree, preferably in science or business administration.Should possess high level of competencies in communication, call cycle management, interpersonal sensitivity, teamwork, tenacity, integrity, achievement orientation, efficiency, organizational skills and pre and post call analysis and planning.Knowledge of the selling process and of the healthcare industry is desirable.Previous 2-5 years healthcare experience.#LI-DK1Quick Apply
