As a member of our global team, you will be working closely with team members and role holders to shape world-class solutions and experiences for our clients. You bring a rigorous focus on the details and user needs without losing sight of the big picture. At Versett, we have a mission to be the preferred partners of ambitious organizations looking to grow in the modern technology-driven economy. We are a team of tight-knit individuals focused on creating meaningful work collaboratively while continuing to grow and learn as individuals. Our passion for design goes beyond daily work to create a culture of constant learning and growth. You can expect weekly meetups to talk about the latest trends, tools and topics. And you’ll have the opportunity to influence and help grow our research practice. As a UX Researcher, you will take a leading role in research during all stages of creating digital products and services. You have experience running research from end-to-end, especially choosing the right research approach, taking into consideration all the constraints a project may present, and maximizing the impact research can bring. Through collaboration, youll inspire and mentor other team members in Design, Product, Strategy and Tech and help raise the bar on our UX Research practice. You will be working closely with myself, Chief Design Officer - Chris Govias and Strategy led by Zach Bulick. We’ve grown significantly in the past few months and the demand for UX Research is also growing exponentially. Working in an agency setting also requires you to adapt to different clients and project needs. It’s a challenge but it also allows you to expand your knowledge and develop your craft much faster. At Versett, we are proud to work with clients in different stages of digital maturity, both in the private and public sectors – and we help them from Discovery to Prototype and Build, to Launch and Evaluate all the way to change management. As a champion of UX research and senior member of our growing team, youll have the opportunity to make a mark. Youll be working to grow the research practice at Versett, helping our teams learn better and faster. You will also have the opportunity to guide our clients as they scale their research efforts too.Responsibilities

What you bring to the table
