Job Description

Job Summary:The Junior Architect will work under the guidance of a Senior Architect, and will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of architectural design, drafting, and project management.The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in architecture, as well as some professional experience in a related field.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development of architectural designs and plans
  • Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure project success
  • Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in site visits and inspections
  • Review and evaluate building designs for compliance with codes, standards, and specifications
  • Assist with project documentation and management
  • Contribute to the development of presentations and proposals
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Architecture or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
