Job Description

Job Summary:The Junior BIM Coordinator will work closely with the BIM Manager and project team members, and will be responsible for assisting with the coordination and management of BIM models and related data.The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in architecture or engineering, as well as some professional experience in a related field.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation and management of BIM models and related data
  • Coordinate with project team members to ensure BIM models are up to date and accurate
  • Assist with clash detection and resolution
  • Conduct quality control checks on BIM models and related data
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure project success
  • Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in site visits and inspections
  • Assist with the development of BIM standards and protocols
  • Assist with project documentation and management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
