Logistics technicians are responsible for the movement of goods and materials from one location to another. They commonly work with a variety of different types of cargo, including everything from raw materials to finished products.Logistics technicians use their knowledge of supply chain management to plan out how best to move these items from point A to point B. This may include developing routes that take into account traffic patterns or other factors that could delay delivery. It may also include coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure that all necessary equipment is available when needed.Logistics associates assist in the management of an organizations logistics systems.
