We are a fast-growing technology company looking for exceptionally motivated people who love to see their work #39;s impact daily, are driven to ensure the company’s success, and want to be a part of something special.ABOUT YOU We are on the hunt for a talented Electronics Hardware Designer to join our Product Development team. As a key player in our team, you will take charge of designing new boards and supporting existing ones. Your role will be pivotal in all phases of electronics design, from specification and documentation to part selection, schematic capture, and PCB layout. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Innovateamp; Design: Develop cutting-edge electronic hardware systems by understanding specifications, creating schematics, selecting components, and ensuring compliance with standards.
  • PCB Layout Mastery: Design PCB layouts, focusing on component placement, routing, signal integrity, thermal management, and manufacturability.
  • Debugamp; Assist: Utilize lab equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) to debug hardware.
  • Documentamp; Review: Create detailed design documentation and actively participate in design reviews.
  • Support Production: Collaborate with Production Engineering on Root Cause Analysis of failures, DFM activities, and validating alternative parts to ensure reliable and cost-effective manufacturing.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with advancements in electronic hardware technology to continuously improve our designs.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Computer Electronics Hardware Designing/Science, Electrical Electronics Hardware Designing, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in circuit design with familiarity in RF design practices.
  • Proficient with discrete and monolithic components and circuit design, and knowledgeable in relevant safety and quality standards.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft suite and circuit design softwares such as, CAD Design, Altium Designer, OrCad, Eagle, Circuit Studio, PADS, and CircuitMaker.
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills to advocate for design principles and facilitate effective collaboration between R amp;D and manufacturing departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety and quality standards, with the capability to implement these throughout the product development process.
