Job Description

An established and growing HVAC solutions provider is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team in the Lower Mainland. This individual will play a key role in maintaining and expanding relationships with mechanical contractors, consultants, and engineers. With a strong technical background and a consultative approach to sales, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HVAC systems and a proven ability to deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with mechanical contractors and consulting engineers across the Lower Mainland.
  • Size and specify HVAC, hydronic, humidification, and light commercial/unitary equipment.
  • Manage bid/tender processes for new construction and design-build projects.
  • Promote a wide range of innovative HVAC products through presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Participate in strategic marketing initiatives and project-related documentation.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualificationsamp; Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with strong familiarity with the Lower Mainland market.
  • Demonstrated success in a technical sales or account management role.
  • Post-secondary education in engineering, HVAC technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Technically proficient, with advanced computer skills.
  • Valid Class 5 B.C. Drivers License.
