Job Description

If this sounds like a place you want to work in, then we want to hear from you.The opportunity: As an Inventory and Purchasing Associate you will coordinate with the purchasing manager and be responsible for:

  • Inventory reporting and analysis
  • Inventory receiving
  • Pricing and data analysis
  • Product forecasting
  • Monitoring and communicating product ETA’s to the business and our partners
  • Calculating shipping costs
  • Communicating with vendors regarding orders, logistics and pricing
  • General administrative duties
Looking for an individual who:
  • Has strong computer skills and is highly proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Can multi-task and prioritize while under pressure in a busy work environment
  • Is detail oriented, highly organized, and accurate
  • Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Is a team player with a cooperative approach
Experience in the following areas is an asset but not a requirement:
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Knowledge of consumer electronics, residential and/or commercial custom installations, wireless and fiber.
