Company descriptionFamily oriented campground offering overnight & seasonal sites.Job descriptionWild Oak Campground is hiring a part-time maintenance worker/ general laborer.Under the direction and supervision of the Manager - the Maintenance Worker performs a variety of tasks including the repair and maintenance of equipment, buildings and grounds in a safe and efficient manner.Working environment: outdoorsHours: weekdays & weekends, minimum 8 hours/dayQualifications· Experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, heating or air-conditioning required· Demonstrated ability to meet the physical and mental demands of the job· Recent experience in general maintenance or equivalent experience· Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment· Demonstrated ability to use power hand tools· Demonstrated ability to take initiative· Demonstrated ability to work in a team as well as independently· Demonstrated ability to clean and sanitize public use areas such as washrooms and showers· Have a valid driver’s licenceWage is dependent on successful applicant’s experience.Start date: immediately – End date: September/October 2021Contract length: 6 monthsJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, TemporarySalary: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:
