We look for people who have a safety-first mindset, who are collaborative team players, who deliver on their commitments, who are innovators in search of a better way, and who believe in inclusion.Working at Nutrien will provide you an opportunity to help us Feed the Future, and grow your career.What you will do:Develop project ideas into standard deliverable products ready for the stage gate processCreate clear and attainable project objectives in consultation with stakeholders, sponsors, subject matter experts (SMEs), and the Program ManagerCollect and document project requirements verbally in WBS and schedulesIdentify, communicate, and manage risk associated to the projectFacilitate development of required stage deliverablesEnsure that all milestone and key deliverables within a stage have been reviewed and accepted by stakeholdersComplete financial approval documents (Cost estimates, requisitions, requests for funding)Monitor and manage project performance - cost, schedule, scope and qualityManage change requests through the Project Change requestsCommunicate project performance and changes with stakeholdersManage and communicate with Project TeamPerform change management activities for the project as required to ensure the successful creation, implementation, and attainment of business value of the deliverableEnsure the deliverables for each stage are completed and ready for submission for approvalEnsure that all funding request documents are complete and ready for submission for approvalEnsure change order requests are adequately documented prior to approval requestsWhat you will bring:Grade 12 diploma or equivalent4-6 years of experience managing projects or major maintenance projectsPMP or other formal Project Management training would be considered an assetAbility to effectively communicate, written and oral, with a variety of stakeholders - internal and externalStrong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skillsHighly motivatedDetail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environmentExperience with Microsoft Office software, Oracle, Jira, financial management software, P6 scheduling are all considered assetsExperience with project coordination, construction management, supervision, quality assurance/control, and procurement are all considered assetsAre you a good match Apply today!Nutrien is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
