Job Description

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Implements and manages the recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Participates in individual recruitment processes, discussing staff needs with line managers, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
  • Creates, implements and manages local onboarding plans.
  • Ensures all relevant documentation is prepared and processed as part of the hiring and onboarding process.
Line Management Support
  • Provides guidance and advice to managers on salary structures, terms and conditions, and benefit programs.
  • Provides counselling and support on various HR policies and procedures.
  • Assists in the design and execution of reorganisations and restructuring plans.
Requests and Service
  • Answers questions and responds to requests from line managers and employees.
  • Provides information to employees and line management on the implementation of social laws, collective labour agreements, working conditions, etc.
Employee Relations
  • Investigates and resolves day-to-day employee relations problems, either directly or through advice to line management.
  • Investigates and advises both line management and employees on personnel matters, (re)directing questions if appropriate to the HR Business Partner.
Employee Development
  • Assists in career development issues, discussing career paths with line managers and recommending suitable candidates for promotion.
Performance Management
  • Coordinates the performance management cycle.
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluations.
Training & development
  • Coordinates internal, external or on-line training programs and activities.
Other duties
  • May coordinate salary review and bonus cycle processes.
  • Contributes to review the HR processes, templates and procedures based on experience, for continuous improvement purpose.
  • Assist the HR Business Partner with HR projects.
