Job Description

Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Display Design Drafter to join our Display Architect Merchandising team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing strategic outdoor displays at dealer locations across North America that help homeowners envision their dream outdoor space—while staying true to the Techo-Bloc brand aesthetic.Your day-to-day will involve translating design objectives into functional and visually compelling outdoor displays, coordinating with internal teams, sales reps, landscape contractors, and dealers to ensure flawless execution. If you thrive on checklists, love seeing a plan come together, and have a sharp eye for detail and layout, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities

  • Design outdoor merchandising displays that showcase Techo-Bloc products in inspiring and easy-to-navigate ways to support homeowner product selection.
  • Create technical drawings and layout plans tailored to the site’s specs (dimensions, grading, flow).
  • Ensure every display aligns with Techo-Bloc’s design standards and brand aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with Sales and dealers to understand merchandising priorities, project needs, and installation timelines.
  • Coordinate with landscape contractors to obtain quotes and installation logistics.
  • Coordinate with partnering teams (ex: Merchandisingamp; Logistics) for shipping the landscape products required for each project.
  • Manage each project within its allocated merchandising budget, ensuring cost-effective yet impactful results.
  • Support the development of new standard display templates to improve efficiency and elevate dealer showrooms.
