Job Description

  • Supervise and optimize the coordination of deliveries from our private fleet, ensuring compliance with deadlines, hours of service (log book) and applicable regulations;
  • Enhance operational efficiency by developing management processes and tools to facilitate fluid communication between dispatchers and drivers;
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and continuously improve service quality and operational profitability;
  • Develop strategic partnerships with carriers to optimize costs, improve service reliability and ensure greater flexibility in the face of market fluctuations;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (yards, customer service, operations) to anticipate and proactively manage logistical adjustments and improve the customer experience;
  • Design and implement optimization and innovation initiatives to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of transport operations;
  • Contribute to the transformation and continuous improvement of processes by identifying strategic opportunities for efficiency gains;
  • Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives with an impact on the performance of transport operations.
