With an engaged social media community and a bold vision for growth, we’re looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to help us build and execute best-in-class social strategies. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and have a knack for planning, storytelling, and driving engagement, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Your RoleAs Social Media Manager, you’ll be at the center of Techo-Bloc’s social media efforts, responsible for driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, and managing a high-performing content calendar across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Head of Social Mediaamp; Community, you’ll collaborate with a talented creative team, manage campaigns from ideation to execution, and play a pivotal role in growing our Instagram and TikTok presence.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategyamp; Planning

  • Develop and implement platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube;
  • Plan content 1 month ahead in alignment with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring a steady and consistent posting schedule;
  • Stay informed about industry trends and platform updates to ensure Techo-Bloc remains ahead of the curve;
  • Bring new ideas to the table, identifying opportunities to engage with the contractor community and elevate the brand;
Campaign Management
  • Lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns, from content ideation to publishing;
  • Coordinate with the Senior Content Creator, Video Content Creator, and Digital Designer to produce high-quality content;
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration, ensuring social content is aligned with marketing, email, and digital strategies;
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize future campaigns;
Content Calendaramp; Workflow Management
  • Own the social media content calendar, ensuring posts are planned, approved, and scheduled in advance;
  • Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring smooth coordination with the creative team;
  • Oversee post-production workflows, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and meet brand guidelines;
Analyticsamp; Optimization
  • Track key performance metrics, including engagement, follower growth, impressions, and reach;
  • Analyze post and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement;
  • Apply learnings from previous posts to continuously optimize content and strategy;
  • Present monthly performance reports to the Head of Social Mediaamp; Community, highlighting key wins and areas for growth;
Community Engagementamp; Growth
  • Work closely with the Community Manager to foster an engaged and loyal online community;
  • Identify opportunities to interact with followers, industry influencers, and key voices to build relationships;
  • Support UGC (user-generated content) initiatives and community-driven campaigns;
Leadershipamp; Team Collaboration
  • Mentor junior content creators and freelancers, providing guidance on best practices for content creation and platform management;
  • Organize team meetings to review performance, brainstorm new ideas, and ensure alignment with goals;
  • Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and ambassadors to amplify Techo-Bloc’s reach.
