• Organiser et optimiser les livraisons chez nos différents clients (détaillants, grandes surfaces, chantiers, sur rendez-vous, envois spéciaux et autres);
• Assurer la gestion des cueillettes et des réceptions de marchandises;
• Assurer un service de qualité auprès des clients et des divers intervenants;
• Coordonner et maintenir la conformité sur le dédouanement;
• Fournir des mises à jour sur létat des expéditions;
• Utiliser les données de suivi pour traiter linformation en temps réel pour les clients (internes et externes);
• Assurer une bonne communication auprès de nos différents transporteurs;
• Assurer la mise à jour et le maintien dinformations de différents fichiers;
• Effectuer une vérification détaillée des documents de route;
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres de léquipe interne afin dassurer la satisfaction des clients;
• Préparer divers documents reliés à nos opérations de transport;
• Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration dans sa zone de responsabilité puis participer à leur implantation;
• Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

Exigences :

• DEC ou AEC en Logistique du transport, ou autre formation équivalente;
• Détenir de 2 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en transport;
• Excellentes aptitudes de communication (compétences verbales/écrites) et habiletés interpersonnelles;
• Expérience de travail en milieu LEAN serait un atout;
• Maîtrise de la langue anglaise de niveau avancé (parlé et écrit);
• Connaissance en matière de douanes;
• Maîtrise de la Suite Office;
• Connaissance du logiciel Pc Miler serait un aout.

• Très autonome et démontre un excellent sens de l’organisation et de priorisation;
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant;
• Capacité à travailler harmonieusement en équipe;
• Très minutieux et structuré dans son travail.
