Here is what you will be doing:
  • Responsible for scheduling and checking it frequently to ensure the staffing level is adjusted based on business volumes.
  • Ensuring all check lists and duties are being completed on nightly basis and copied to Banquet Manager at the end of each shift.
  • Training and assisting with evaluations of staff in the F&B Departments.
  • Providing excellent quality Customer Service.
  • Running functions, organizing and carrying out the function, while exceeding all expectations of the clients.
  • Responsible for working with the beverage supervisor to increase the level of beverage sales and up-selling food functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Here is what you can bring to the role:
  • Previous leadership experience in a full service banquet or hotel environment
  • Must have strong organizational skills and strong leadership skills to be able to delegate tasks with an effective follow up technique to ensure the job is done and done well.
  • Flexible and able to work mainly evenings, weekends and weekdays. (Hours of work will flex with business volumes).
  • Be innovative, proactive and thrive on teamwork and productivity.
