We use recycled materials and patient craft in respect of the historic character of the buildings and neighbourhoods we call home with the ultimate goal to provide good homes for everyone.What You’ll Do- Manage the CEO’s day-to-day schedule and cancel/arrange meetings as required.- Field and respond to emails, forwarding important messages to the CEO.- Take phone calls and relay important information to the CEO.- Coordinate travel schedule.- Research, brainstorm, and resolve problems.- Organize and maintain records.- Help prioritize tasks for CEO based on urgency.Ideal PersonalityWhat’s chaos! You are a clear communicator and active listener who knows when to say that you don’t understand something. You pick yourself up from mistakes and learn from them. You might be sceptical about conventional office work and aren’t necessarily suited to a formal office environment and want to work in a professional yet collegial space. You might be interested in leadership and want to start with a small business (14+ employees) and want to help grow its culture as it becomes a large business (500+ employees). You like to stay active and are passionate about your hobbies.
