Business Analyst – Finance Transformation (Hybrid)Are you Looking to have a meaningful opportunity to grow your career and make an impact across finance We are currently looking for a curious and highly self-motivated individual with an aptitude for systems, technology, and process improvement to join our Finance Transformation team in the role of Finance Systems Analyst at our offices in Saint John and Moncton, New Brunswick.The RoleThis is a project-based role facilitating the implementation and optimization of JDI’s critical finance systems and processes. Reporting to the Team Lead, Finance Transformation, you will have the opportunity to:

We work closely with great teams across Finance and our Operations to implement and improve Finance solutions regarding RPA, Automation, Financial Modeling, Data Visualization, Analytics, and ERP financials. We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop a sound financial future for our organization. Business Analyst – Role DetailsResponsibilities for this role include:
  • Assess automation opportunities and work collaboratively with teammates and stakeholders to identify ways to optimize and redesign processes using continuous improvement and/or technology
  • Assist and lead initiatives from ideation through to solution design, testing, training, and delivery
  • Assist with and support the continued success of the Finance process automation program, including monitoring and troubleshooting our digital workforce
  • Engage with our business partners to understand their needs and facilitate collaborative sessions with them and your peers to find the best solution
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders, understand their requirements and communicate those requirements to solution providers
  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma
  • Strong aptitude for technology and systems, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet targets with limited supervision
  • Strong communication skills – able to elicit information from and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • High level of perseverance
  • High attention to detail
