We have a two (2) year temporary opportunity for a Change Manager on our Information Technology Services, Operations, Test, and Delivery Team at our Saint John, NB Corporate Office. We welcome you to a role that offers the opportunity to work with an established team who are committed to your success and delivery of our Count on Me service promise. Currently our teams have the opportunity to work together in our Saint John office and also to work from home with company provided equipment.Our Change Manager is responsible for the management and governance of technology change requests as they are submitted and processed through the Wyndham Hotel Group. The role will include the development and governance of change practices, providing guidance and support to customers of the process, and helping troubleshoot questions and issues should they arise. The role also involves continuous collaboration with our change management partners from other business units in managing cross-business-unit initiatives.Reporting to the Senior Manager you will be empowered to demonstrate your proven 5+ years’ experience working in Change Management partnered with a post-secondary education in a related discipline and/or equivalent experience in Change Management. You have well established experience with ITIL training, Assyst, Service Now, Power BI as well as Tableau and Confluence.
