Job Description

Client Service Representative- Finance Shared ServicesAs a Client Service Representative with J.D. Irving, Limited (JDI), you will work as part of the Client Services Team within Finance Shared Services located at our Head Office in Saint John, New Brunswick.The Client Services Team is part of our JDI Finance Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable team and is the first point of contact for inquiries. As a member of the team, you will provide a superior customer experience to our suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders across various business sectors, including transportation & logistics, forestry, shipbuilding, manufacturing, and information technology services.Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in related field
  • Logical with strong decision making skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and previous Microsoft Office experience
  • Previous Customer Service experience an asset
  • Previous Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience an asset
  • Billingual in French and English preferred
Key Responsibilities:
  • The first point of contact for all incoming phone and email inquiries regarding accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Inquiry resolution or escalation
  • Categorizing and tracking of customer inquiries to identify opportunities to improve our processes
  • Delivery of a superior customer experience
