Additionally, the Customer Care Technical Analyst is responsible to ensure that the needs of the customer, whether it’s technical support, training, or custom requirements, are identified and the necessary primes within Mariner properly engaged. The successful candidate will work within the Mariner team to ensure the customer’s Service Level Agreements are exceeded, as measured by high customer satisfaction.
