Job Description

Data Entry CoordinatorFinance & AdministrationAny Pinchin OfficePinchin is recruiting for a Data Entry Coordinator to join the Finance & Administration department in Canada. We are looking for a highly organized individual to join the Finance & Administration team on a full-time basis. This position can be based out of any location across Canada on a remote or hybrid basis.A Day in the life of a Data Entry Coordinator at Pinchin:Project Initiation

  • Work with Project Managers to setup new projects and approve billing terms in accordance with the Credit and Collection policy for a high volume of projects
  • Ensure proper Authorizations to Proceed (ATP), Purchase Orders (PO), contracts are saved in the project file
  • Review project audit reports and investigate errors
Portal Administration
  • Manage the registration process for client online procurement websites from start to finish
  • Upload deliverables to client online procurement websites.
Project Close Out
  • Assist with project closures and assist with issue invoices as per Client requirements
What you bring to the Pinchin team:
  • Accurate, focused, and detail-oriented
  • Works independently with acceptable supervision
  • Post-secondary education with a minimum 3 years’ experience in administration is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Deltek Vision is an asset
  • Working knowledge with the Office suite of products is required
