With extensive capabilities in the areas of analytics, automation software, information security, change management and IT consulting, Mariner has been delivering innovative solutions with a strong emphasis on productivity and customer experience since 2003.Job DescriptionMariner Innovations is seeking to hire a New Graduate for work as a Desktop Support Analyst within our Infrastructure and Cloud Practice. In this role, you will support Mariner users and external customers. The ideal candidate will provide basic desktop application software and hardware support to the end users, typically Tier 1 support.Responsibilities:

  • Image/Provision devices for users.
  • Create and maintain support documents.
  • Maintain network connectivity.
  • Configuring and managing Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Configuring and resetting user accounts via Active Directory.
  • Create and maintain IT reports for management.
  • Troubleshooting IT related issues.
  • Receive and follow up on tickets with customers.
  • Provide help to other projects to alleviate backlogs.
  • Capacity to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and have the ability to multitask on a regular basis.
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Diploma in an IT related field from a certified college.
  • Experience working in IT operations (understanding of Change Management / ITIL).
  • Experience managing Windows environments (Desktop, Teams, AD etc.).
  • Networking Certification(s) would be considered an asset.
