Job Description

JTR Commercial Services is a growing company. We have been in business for over 10 years now and we are looking to expand our internal work force with administration / dispatch position.What you will do :

  • Provides administrative and clerical support with speed and accuracy.
  • Handles customer inquiries while maintaining high quality service.
  • Dispatches drivers through our working app within Saint John and surrounding areas.
  • Learn and understand Landfill regulations and basic truck and trailer knowledge
  • Maintain and update customer profile with changes if necesary
  • Collect and process payments
  • Monitor and manage asset inventory
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What You Bring to the Team:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Experience in an administrative/dispatch capacity considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Customer service skills, including telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Problem solve and work well under pressure, with a focus on deadlines.
