Job Description

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATORLocation: Saint John, New BrunswickEmployee Champion. Trusted Partner. Data Guru.JDI IT is currently looking for a new graduate to join our HR team as a Human Resource Coordinator to help administer and align HR practices with our overall business strategy.Working across our divisional businesses and leading the delivery of core HR processes and services, the HR Coordinator will focus on improving the overall employee experience. This will include managing employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit and all reporting related data. As a part of our tight-knit team, you will be responsible for HR training and development, communication, employee onboarding, employee engagement surveys, employee relations, employment equity, health and wellness, performance development processes and recognition.Your Focus:

  • Support the development and implementation of common HR programs, policies and services across the division
  • Drive HR efficiencies and effectiveness in alignment with business objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with employees on HR matters within the scope of the role
  • Provide administrative support for the HR function across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employment relations, HR policy and procedures, learning and development, health and safety and exiting
  • Ownership of data reporting, insights and ad hoc requests for leadership
  • Partner with the HR business leaders to determine best practices for employee experience
  • Administer employee programs and events
  • Provide administrative support for HR SharePoint site and Facebook information
You Have:
  • Post-secondary degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
  • Relevant experience in delivering Human Resources services or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience with data analytics, reporting, HRIS (preferably Oracle HCM) and ATS (Taleo)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
