Job Description

Human Resources Manager – Employee ExperienceAs a key leader in the Corporate J.D. Irving, Limited (JDI) Human Resources Team, the HR Manager for Employee Experience will be responsible for enabling and improving the Moments That Matter to employees across their lifecycle with the Company. You will drive continuous improvement in these areas to deliver top employee experiences throughout employees’ careers. If you are energized by innovation and improvement to deliver value, and exceeding our employees’ and businesses expectations, then this could be the role for you!Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting with the JDI businesses and employees to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Leading improvement projects that deliver business results
  • Owning all processes related to Employee Listening including Digital Onboarding and Employee Engagement
  • Developing methods to proactively monitor effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes to understand opportunities for improvement
  • Developing a three year strategy and plan to improve Employee Experience
  • Ensuring documentation is maintained and current

Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience working in Human Resources, business or continuous improvement
  • Strong teamwork. communication skills and ability to influence and lead change
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Strong Daily Management and Process Management skills
  • Experience with Human Resources processes and Employee Lifecycle Best Practices is an asset
