Thats why were dedicated to investing in our employees’ potential, so that they can reach their career goals.Job DescriptionWhat you can expect in a typical dayAs an Intermediate Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of our finance team supporting the Chief Financial Officer and Refining & Supply Operations. You will provide assistance with preparation and analysis of financial information and operational performance by supporting financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.What we offer:

Your roles and responsibilities:
  • Provide financial support to our various lines of business
  • Administer and Maintain User access across Cognos, Planning Analytics and TM1 Web
  • Administer and Maintain User and Group Level Security across Cognos, Planning Analytics and TM1 Web
  • Provide support for new and/or ongoing Projects
  • Perform Quarterly System Audits
  • Manage ServiceNow Ticketing to assign and distribute tickets to meet SLAs
  • Create Cognos and Planning Analytics reports as required for the various lines of business
  • Ad-hoc reporting as required.
Professional skills
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with stakeholders including senior leaders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience dealing with multiple priorities and deadlines / proven ability to meet hard deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Travel
  • Travel is not a requirement for this position.
Education and experience
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and/or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in finance and/or financial applications.
  • Experience in Cognos/TM1 is an asset.
