Reporting to the Controller, you will plan, lead, and manage the operations of Benefit Payment Services in Finance Services, while providing leadership to the team to achieve identified results within the context of the divisional operational plan and WorkSafeNB’s strategic plan. You will monitor operations and takes action to improve productivity, performance, and efficiency, ensure quality control, and effectively develops a high performing team that delivers superior client service. You will also be engaged in business modernization/transformation initiatives to achieve an exceptional employee and client experience at WorkSafeNB.Your key areas of responsibility include:• Providing strong people leadership that drives engagement of the team to enable their performance, development, and overall employee experience while delivering a superior client experience. Enabling others to grow, develop and achieve career aspirations.• Managing the business unit’s budget and spend.
