We strive to provide the right products and right solutions, right here at home.The Kent Marketing Department has an immediate career opportunity available for a Marketing Associate.The Marketing Associate will support the execution of our Loyalty and PRO Marketing Programs, along with supporting the Marketing Team in other campaigns tied to our brand initiatives. You will also be responsible for working with our stores to ensure on-time and consistent execution of our Loyalty and PRO Marketing Programs.Responsibilities:

• Work with the Marketing and Ecommerce leaders to create, execute, and report on PRO Marketing Plan initiatives
• Coordinate the creation, implementation, and delivery of materials to stores and media suppliers as needed to support Marketing programs
• Identify and select promotional items and apparel for the PRO segment.
• Coordinate the planning, budget, and execution of PRO Related in-store and regional events.
• Perform administrative duties as required such as purchase orders, data entry, reporting, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Problem solver who can work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, and can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Post-secondary school diploma in Business, Marketing, or similar field
• Task-oriented, self-motivated, driven and disciplined - “can do” attitude.
• Enjoy and thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task
• Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software programs
• Bilingualism is considered an asset
