As a Project Coordinator, you will be a key member of our IT Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for client-based projects.Responsibilities:Assisting Project Manager(s) in coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing the delivery of core project components.Preparation of communications, progress reporting, meeting agendas, and minutes.Working with complex data in Jira, Confluence, and excel tables.Project scheduling including action item tracking, financial updates, tracking, filing, and document management.QualificationsPost-secondary education.3-5 years experience working in a professional environment and supporting project management activity.Experience with Microsoft application skills (Excel, Word, and Project)Experience in Agile project management.Experience with documentation in Jira and Confluence.Delivers under pressure with excellent time management skills and prioritization.Ability to work independently and as a group with minimal supervision.Additional InformationWhy Mariner PartnersWe believe in making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work – our team is located in major cities all across Canada, throughout the US and internationally.
