Job Description

This means ensuring legislation, policy, and processes are applied consistently and correctly across the division which is directly linked to our strategic goal of “Integrity” and the supporting objective of “advance and leverage our capabilities in enterprise risk management and quality assurance”. You are also accountable to deliver timely results of all Quality Reviews within the Claims division. You will also use relevant feedback from stakeholders, partners, and other departments to continuously improve the program while continuously educating employees on Quality principles and objectives.
