ThWe are currently looking for full-time Sales Associates to join our innovative, growing company in Victoria At Urban Trail at the Up town Mall , to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, fun and professional work environment! If you are someone who is reliable and excited about their work, this is the job for you!Reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, Sales Associates are the welcoming faces that greet customers and provide them with a memorable buying experience. Sales Associates must provide the excellent customer service and support we’re known for. They are excellent communicators who have a knack for building relationships. With a keen eye on customer satisfaction, the Sales Associate answers questions, handles complaints ensuring maximum client satisfaction, and maintains a clean, well-organized sales floor. They are the driving force behind new and ongoing sales opportunities — directly impacting The Quark Group’s growth and success.   • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment

  • Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Experience working in a sales driven environment is an asset

  • Excellent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience with POS systems would be an asset
