That means you will help our partners grow their credit card portfolio, efficiently manage their operations and market to their credit union members.General Information on the PositionAdditional informationMaximize portfolio performance through ongoing engagement with clients, alignment with other key departments (e.g. Marketing) and through the development and delivery of programs and activities to support overall portfolio performanceProactively build relationships focusing on integration at all levels. Interact with various individuals at the client to solve problems, build strong partnerships, and identify new opportunitiesFoster and maintain relationships across client organizationFacilitate and, where appropriate, support the coordination of customer satisfaction and engagement initiatives to ensure client satisfaction levels are maintained and, where required, increasedKeep client apprised of new product functionality that may be relevant to the client and their programTroubleshoot Ad hoc client queries and issuesConduct regular client meetings, facilitate demonstrations and training and address other client requests as requiredConduct ongoing needs analysis to determine appropriate services to meet client requirements and program performance objectivesFacilitate the exploration of new functionality or program needs with key Collabria departments for feasibility and reviewComplete regular account reviews with clientsParticipate in and support client training events as requiredReview, prioritize and respond to inquiries, complaints and requests for informationEscalate issues to the appropriate internal teams and management as appropriate, with recommendations and/or solutionsSupport the development of tactical plans and strategies that successfully position Collabria and the client for mutual success by researching, analyzing and summarizing information on competitive intelligence, business trends and market positioningSupport the business planning process by reviewing project proposals or plans to determine applicability, timing; participating in the development of budgets and program performance plans; monitoring results through the review, analysis and trending of reportsOther working conditionsWork place: The successful candidate will work remotely from a home office (must be able to accommodate) and can be located anywhere in the Atlantic region (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador), Ontario or Quebec.Number of job available: 1QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related fieldA minimum of four years of sales and relationship management experienceExperience with Credit Unions (an asset)Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.Specific knowledgeKnowledge of sales, business planning and customer relationship management processesKnowledge of internal program delivery processes and systemsKnowledge of credit card and payments industryDesjardins Cross-sector skillsAction oriented, Customer Focus, Differences, Nimble learningKey competencies for the jobCommunicates effectively, Drive results, Interpersonal SavvyWork Location418 Rothesay Ave. Saint JohnTrade UnionNon SyndiquéUnposting Date2021-05-28Job FamilyMember/client sales and service (FG)
