The Needs Cashier is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion. This position will provide customers with friendly and professional service offering solutions to the customers needs; and will process customer orders in a timely manner. The Needs Cashier will ensure accurate cash-handling procedures at all times through company practices, and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.Key Business Functions, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities- Provide customer service to meet customer needs – solution selling and customer product awareness- Process customer transactions- Maintain an accurate cash drawer while following company policies and procedures- Maintain store merchandising and process inventory- Adhere to, and implement all applicable company standards- Adaptability/Flexibility- Dependability- Productivity- Teamwork- Enthused Selling- All other duties as requiredWorking Conditions- Retail store- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs- Two person lift required for weights exceeding 50 lbs- Ability to stand for long periods of time- Physical work including; but not limited to bending, lifting, and reaching- Exposure to varying temperatures over short periods of time- Exposure to sanitation and cleaning chemicalsJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 20-40 per weekSalary: From $12.75 per hourSchedule:
