Job Description

Working with a strong team of individuals who complement each other, you will be a key member in consistently driving the business forward. You will be with your clients every step of the way, taking them from test drive to delivery.You will also:

  • Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the New and Pre-Owned Automotive Sales personnel.
  • Measure the activities of each sales representative to assure that their marketing activities will produce intended sales production.
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts for the department
  • Monitor department profitability and take responsibility for corrective measures
  • Lot management and merchandising of vehicles
  • Work cohesively with other dealership departments to ensure ultimate functionality
  • Lead, coach, and mentor staff and take your team to the finish line
  • Meet each customer in our showroom and assist sales consultants with follow-up with customers
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications
  • A proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets
  • Financial knowledge of dealership operations
  • 3-5 years of previous automotive sales experience
  • Previous experience as a team leader/mentor/coach
