Job Description

We are searching for customer service oriented people who want to contribute to a successful organization while growing their careers!This role is COMPLETELY REMOTE. Train from home and work from home. We offer PAID TRAINING, and a COMPETITIVE SALARY.We have a permanent full-time opportunity and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational scheduled between the operating hours of

  • Monday to Saturday between 8am to 11:15pm ADT
This position starts on November 30, successful candidates MUST be available to start.Responsibilities
  • Assist and market products and services to new and existing customers
  • Assist with customer related payment solutions and account discrepancies
  • Document customer accounts accurately
  • Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
  • Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations
Qualifications
  • Must bring your own device. The device must:
    • Support Windows 10 (1803 or higher)
    • Have at least 8BG of RAM (memory)
    • Have at least 500BM of free space (storage/HDD)
    • Minimum internet speed at least 10mbps
    • Webcam
  • Bilingual Spanish is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and within a team and maintain accuracy
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Strong organizational and active listening skills to determine the appropriate course of action
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience in accounts receivables at various stages of overdue payments, call center or customer service environments is a plus
Compensation
  • Hourly rate of $15.50/HR
