Reporting to the Manager, Benefit Payment Services, the position will provide technical guidance on legislation, policies, work instructions, directives, applications, and tools all to support achieving operational results in Benefit Payment Services. As a people leader, you will work with both your team and the broader team to execute and improve on the timely and accurate payment of benefits for the organization. As the team completes benefit payments the role will actively be involved in monitoring and analyzing the key drivers of the group’s performance. The role will be responsible to supervise, develop, and manage daily performance, as well as working on opportunities and competencies for growth and development for each team member as they grow in their roles.
