Job Description

We are currently seeking applicants for the full-time role of Commodity Handler. These hard working individuals will be responsible for all activities related to the handling and shipping of grain.Requirements

  • Strong communication, organizational & problem solving skills
  • Commitment to providing superior customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively with counterparts in various departments
  • Experience with agriculture, farm equipment and a mechanical aptitude is preferred
  • Technological skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours which includes shift work and required overtime
  • Commitment to safety
  • Ability to follow established processes and protocols
  • Have the physical capacity, when required, for exposure work in all-weather elements and other physical demands such as; dusty environments, climbing ladders and stairs, bending or crawling through tight spaces and lifting heavy equipment
  • Class 1 drivers license and previous elevator experience would be considered an asset
