Despite conducting a major hiring spree in August, we are again looking for online, 1-on-1 tutors specifically for the following subjects and levels. (We are NOT looking for other subjects at this time.)College/University:Sciences - Statistics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Computer Science, Psychology.Engineering - Thermodynamics, Electrical Circuits, Computer Programming and HardwareBusiness – Operations ManagementNursing and Health Sciences – Nursing, Pharmacy, PsychologyArts and Languages – French, German, English, SociologyThe amount of work will vary from week to week and term to term. Our current tutors average 10-20 hours per week, but some subject areas may receive less while other tutors perform 20-30+ hours per week. Compensation will be either $17 or $20 per hour (contractual), depending on tutoring/teaching experience.Due to time constraints, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.REQUIREMENTSAcademic – Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in one of the above subject areas.Experience – Candidates should have at least one year of tutoring or instructional experience.Communications – We require our tutors to have outstanding teaching ability and communications skills, including a high proficiency in the English language.Professionalism – We expect our tutors to conduct themselves in a highly professional manner.
